Responsibilities
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, coding implementation, testing and post-launch maintenance.
- Plan and implement equipment operation processes, and cooperate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as motion control, automation and machine vision.
- Develop, maintain and optimize software modules related to equipment control and visual inspection to ensure system performance and stability.
- Implement inspection, positioning and measurement functions using the Halcon machine vision library.
- Conduct source code management and version control with SVN to ensure code quality and traceability.
- Compile and maintain development documents in compliance with the team's established development specifications.
- Assist in resolving software issues in the production environment and support on-site technical support work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related majors.
- Proficiency in C++, C# or Python programming languages.
- Familiarity with object-oriented design, data structures and system design.
- Experience in Halcon machine vision software development, or similar vision development background is preferred.
- Familiarity with SVN or other version control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on system stability and code maintainability.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Experience in industrial automation, semiconductor equipment or robotics is preferred.
- Knowledge of real-time systems and performance optimization is preferred.
- Practical experience in integrating machine vision into automated production environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Alignment & Solution Design:Align with semiconductor equipment and production line requirements to complete feasibility assessment and solution design for vision systems, as well as selection of hardware (cameras, lenses, light sources, frame grabbers, etc.). Focus on core scenarios including wafer inspection, chip dicing, packaging and bonding, and AOI visual inspection; formulate precise vision inspection, positioning and measurement solutions, and output specifications, hardware lists and calibration procedures.
- Vision System Development & Algorithm Optimization:Use C++/C# combined with Halcon/VisionPro/OpenCV and other tools to implement micron-level positioning, precision measurement, micron-level defect detection (particulates, scratches, chipping, etc.), OCR recognition and barcode reading. Optimize algorithm speed, accuracy and robustness to meet production line takt and yield requirements, and explore deep learning technologies to solve complex scenario problems.
- System Integration & On-site Commissioning:Complete vision system construction, camera calibration, distortion correction and hand-eye calibration. Conduct communication and commissioning with PLC, motion control systems, robots and host computers (Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.), troubleshoot and debug problems on-site, optimize parameters, and ensure the stable operation of vision systems.
- Testing, Delivery & After-sales Maintenance:Carry out repeatability and reproducibility verification such as GRR and Cpk, and output test reports. Compile design documents, user manuals and maintenance guidelines to complete project delivery. Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales system upgrade and maintenance services.
- Technology Pre-research & Knowledge Accumulation:Track cutting-edge technologies such as semiconductor vision, 3D vision and AI inspection; accumulate vision solution libraries, algorithm libraries and fault cases to support the team's technical improvement.
Requirements
- Education & Major:Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering majors such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control Technology and Instruments, Optical Engineering, and Image Processing. Master's degree and experience in the semiconductor/precision manufacturing industry are preferred.
- Professional Knowledge:Master the principles of machine vision, image processing and optical imaging, and be familiar with light source selection and the characteristics of cameras and lenses. Understand the entire semiconductor manufacturing process (lithography, etching, packaging, testing, etc.) and typical defect types, as well as the basic principles of industrial automated production lines, PLC and motion control.
- Core Skills:
- Programming Ability: Proficiency in C++/C#, and familiarity with Qt/MFC/.NET host computer development.
- Vision Tools: Master at least one of Halcon, VisionPro and OpenCV, and capable of secondary development of operators.
- Algorithm Ability: Master core algorithms such as image preprocessing, feature extraction, template matching and sub-pixel measurement; knowledge of deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a plus.
- Hardware & Communication: Capable of independently completing hardware selection, lighting design and calibration of vision systems; familiar with industrial interfaces such as GigE Vision and USB3 Vision; capable of completing commissioning with PLC/motion control systems.
- Experience Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates: Experience in vision-related projects, internships or competitions is required; familiarity with semiconductor scenarios is preferred.
- 1-3 Years of Experience: Capable of independently completing vision inspection, positioning and measurement projects; experience in vision applications in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- 3-5+ Years of Experience: Capable of leading the development of complex vision systems, proficient in algorithm optimization and on-site debugging; experience in AOI equipment, wafer inspection or packaging vision is preferred.
- Soft Skills:Strong problem analysis and solving abilities, capable of quickly locating on-site vision, algorithm and communication problems. Excellent communication and coordination, documentation and team collaboration abilities, capable of efficient cooperation with mechanical, electrical, process and other departments. Meticulous, responsible, and able to adapt to on-site debugging on production lines and business travel. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading English technical documents and manuals.
- Industry-specific Requirements:Able to adapt to the high-precision requirements of the semiconductor industry (micron-level positioning/measurement, micron-level defect detection), understand the clean room working environment, and attach importance to system yield, stability and repeatability.
